mostly positive stay
clean room available staff good location missing complimentary missing telephone unpleasant smell
the room was very clean with all the necessary amenities provided. the staff was polite and available at any time. its location is quite good and it is a short walk to tube stations.
there was nothing complimentary in the room upon arrival except tea bags. there was no telephone in the room for easy contact with the lobby. the body wash liquid had an unpleasant smell to it (i didn't like it).

adequate stay overall
cute staff quality bedding smeg appliances poor lighting wall view adjustable fan
the staff was genuinely cute i really liked that. the bedding on the comfortable bed felt of great quality. the kitchenette was fully equipped with smeg appliances which i found great.
the lighting was very poor i could barely see. the view from the large window was just a wall it was disappointing. i could not open the window and the room felt too hot i couldn't adjust the fan.

Acceptable stay with a few issues
smaller room temperature changes
The location is close to Tower Bridge which was convenient.
The room I booked did not match the photos online. It was much smaller. I also found the climate control difficult to manage. The temperature changed without my input. It was inconvenient.

Amazing Stay!
friendly staff convenient location blackout curtains
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. Liverpool station is right there, and food places are very easy to reach. The blackout curtains were fantastic. I had to force myself to get up some days.
The air con system was quite noisy in the room. It kept turning on and off during the early hours. This was a little disruptive.

The breakfast selection seems a bit modest initially. Actually, everything needed is available for a filling meal. It really sets you up for the day exploring.

Unimpressive stay with SOME issues
difficult air conditioning chaotic check in
The hotel was NEAR the tube, that was convenient.
The check in Was chaotic. There was a single lectern, and no one greeted us properly. The room was too warm and the air conditioning WAS difficult to set up. IT was like a warm breeze, and i woke up sweating.

lovely staff helpful staff clean room kitchen facilities little space missing wardrobe tiny room
THE staff IS so lovely and helpful! I arrived early before exploring, and my room WAS ready so I checked in right away. The room smelled so clean! It was prepared nicely. Kitchen facilities were also really nice, AND I made breakfast and had a snack before bed.
THERE wasn't much space for a family of three! I could not find a wardrobe so I stored luggage. The bathroom had only a shower. THE room was tiny! I expected more for the price I paid.
